Make it more visible when a translation has comments

Right now, if a translation has comments, we display a label with the number of comments in green. That's hardly visible, especially when a translation has been rejected (example).
I think it would be clearer to always display the first comment, right under the translation, and use the label to trigger displaying the rest of the comments, possible also add a "Show More" label.

One additional thought: the Italian community is using comments doing QA. Most of the time, strings only have one comment from the reviewer. Displaying the first comment by default would spare a lot of clicks.

An extra idea to improve visibility and discoverability of the comments. Notifications are great, but on top of that I would suggest to update also the latest activity timestamp, to indicate on dashboard (and Pontoon Add-on) there is something new happening in a project/tag/file, even when I am not directly involved in the string.
