This is the inverse of bug 1394110.

Say English uses a plural form, but Turkish doesn't need one for this particular string.

It'd be nice to have a way to go to the simpler "just a string" UI.

For Turk languages, it would be great if we could actually make that the default, because in most cases, the singular case doesn't divert from the plural case.
