lt localizer tels me he keeps getting notifications for https://pontoon.mozilla.org/projects/copyright-campaign/, even though the project is disabled for his locale.

He also received the manual in-app notification I’ve sent only to de, fr, es, it, pl: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/projects/copyright-campaign/notifications/

I guess Pontoon is still somehow using the previous list of locales

Thanks for filing!

We currently send notifications to all contributors listed in the projects's Contributors tab (i.e. everyone who made a contribution to the project in the past). Hence, this bug is related to bug #1363165.
