sentry-sdk is all the new rage (instead of python-raven)

The new library is called sentry-sdk and I admit that I don't know what the heck the functional difference is. But with this being a thing I suspect Sentry will put more effort into sentry-sdk instead of python-raven. So it might be worth for us to upgrade.

migration guide available, work seems low, is the direction going. backlog task.

risk is if it sneaks up on us - we don't have error reporting anymore. still small issue- but better to not hit.
