Remove the `-drop` flag from jpegtran

Per #343 the -drop flag is not going to be supported. Please remove it, as now jpegtran does not show any errors when using it and does not implement it, which can be extremely confusing. A notice, that another version of jpegtran is needed for that flag to work woul also be welcome.

Please also update the manual page.
