Bug of FF, core or OSx in Bookmark toolbar, hard to reproduce

Several affected tests on OSx:

• enable_bookmarks_toolbar_from_bookmarks_menu
• bookmark_via_url_toolbar

That looks like a Firefox bug. I know Firefox has had bugs like this in the past. However, first bugzilla searches aren't turning up an active bug. It may be https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1453888. Hard to tell without screenshots in the bug.

I am fairly certain this is the bug I mentioned above. It doesn't look like a fix is planned any time soon. If this is happening infrequently in Iris test runs, let's leave the test case active and be aware this bug can happen now and then.
