Stream EC2 (Hubs Cloud on AWS) TLS settings

Found security vulnerability in TLS setting on the hubs cloud ec2.

Do we have a way to change this settings. I will update with more information when gathered

Tagging @tanfarming for awareness. I believe we upgraded TLS on hubs.mozilla.com (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1766149), but doing so for Hubs Cloud is a separate effort.
