Create Advanced targeting criteria for the Stat sig Review Checker fakespot experiment

For the real fakespot stat sig review checker experiment (not the beta channel smoketest experiment) we want to add criteria for early days or not. This is so we can have 2 experiments and size for early users (fewer) and later (more).

We need 2 additional targeting criteria created - that both include the original criteria (below) https://github.com/mozilla/experimenter/issues/9500 https://github.com/mozilla/experimenter/pull/9503

1. Early Days Review Checker Sidebar Recommendation. Users with <28 days and excluding users who have the Fakespot extension installed, or who have the CFR pref set to false
2. Later Days Review Checker Sidebar Recommendation. Users with =>28 days and excluding users who have the Fakespot extension installed, or who have the CFR pref set to false

I don't know if this helps - but this is how Daniel Berry defined the early/late days for sizing. PROFILE28DAYS = "(currentDate|date - profileAgeCreated|date) / 86400000 >= 28" PROFILELESSTHAN28DAYS = "(currentDate|date - profileAgeCreated|date) / 86400000 < 28"
