reviews looking like they are done but not being done

I have had a few reviews that I did - but they aren't sticking.

then later people are seeing that things have not been launched.

also seeing that i approve a change - and then it just spins... so i think i'm done. but since i don't trust i've been going back and refreshing... and the option to approve is still there.

until it gets to the table showing it worked - I don't think it's sticking.
