Point `code-review-bot` at the new Git Firefox repos in Phabricator

As part of the hg->git migration, we will have new repositories in Phabricator that map to Git branches in the new Git Firefox repo. We will need to point the code-review bot at those new repos as developers start using them for reviews and landings.
