Sometimes code-review.moz.tools seems to be down

After a redeployment of code-review infra code-review.moz.tools seems to be down. After investigation this seems to be because of a caching issue with the reverse proxy. A workaround for this is to do multiple re-runs of the publication task.

Is there anything we can programmatically to avoid it? Re-running is not a great solution

No it's different. The problem that I mention here is strictly related with the proxy that serves the web app.
