Download button will always download release version when viewing Nightly or Beta release notes.

Navigate to https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/146.0beta/releasenotes/ or navigate to https://beta.mozilla.org

Then there is this big Download button at the top. This button will always download the release version. This makes it difficult to redirect users to the beta or nightly releases.
