Measure the maximum request limits
We'd like to test our current api code to see what the maximum read and write limits are of the API. @ashleygwilliams will use load impact to come up with some tests to do this.
@ashleygwilliams We should also look at the read/write ratio of android app after doing this. We could do some log spelunking in the Heroku http logs or use Chris' loadimpact test as a sample. @simonwex guesses that the ratio could be 10:1 reads:writes, which would provide an area for us to focus on this week.
