Can't publish a scene with the default duck

If a model element is used with a url to the default sketchfab duck the scene will fail to publish with the error: Error exporting scene: Cause: Failed to fetch

The same model element with the url to the octopus sandwich works fine

Note: the default duck works fine in the spawner element.

Edit: on trying this in a new scene the duck wouldn't even load in spoke and errored out on both spawner and model elements.
