Sentry cleanup

For our top three issues(Input BSO has duplicate ID, RPC GOAWAY, and invalid digit...), let's:

  1. Convert them to metrics as we discussed today that they're not errors we need to be tracking/concerned about in Sentry.
  2. As part of this, review the related logic to make sure we're not overlooking anything here.
  3. If any of this could be improved/errors reduced by improved client side validation, let's file bugs for that team as part of this investigation.
