The onboarding is displayed instead of the shared page

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure Focus has a clean profile.
2. From a different app, share a page to Focus.

Expected behavior

The shared page is displayed in Focus.

Actual behavior

The onboarding is displayed in Focus. The user doesn't know if the page is opened or not. The app displays the shared tab at step 2 after the onboarding is dismissed.

Device information

• Android device: all
• Focus version: all
• Not reproducible on Fenix

I'm not sure which should be the expected behaviour here. @jeffreygee Please read the comment bellow to see how Fenix handle this. Should we follow the same flow on Focus?

I've retested on the latest Fenix Nightly from 6/14 with Oppo Reno 6 (Android 12), and the behavior is:

• the shared page is displayed on Fenix, not the onboarding,
• after the shared page is closed, Fenix Nightly displays the onboarding, so the user doesn't miss it.
