Inventory and update mozilla-lockbox.github.io URLs

It'll look cleaner if we replace all instances across all repos with lockbox.firefox.com as we get more users and want a memorable URL shared.

Either way requests will redirect to the right spot.

References in docs and websites should be fine. Some references in code have potential to cause some breakage, maybe not, so are worth doing separately and testing thoroughly/accordingly.

EDIT: we are also now redirecting from lockbox.* to lockwise.*
