crashes when trying to change the password to version lockwise 4.0.3

Steps to reproduce

1. I go to the app
2. click on any username
3. click on the three dots in the upper right corner
4. click the "Edit" button"

Expected behavior

Crashes from the app

Actual behavior

A window opens to change your username and password

Device & build information

• Device: Honor 7A
• Build version: EMUI: DUA-L22 1.0.0.156(C10) Android 8.1.0

I have the exact same problem on a Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9.
