Missing release 4.0.1

Hi, I'm the maintainer of the FFUpdater on F-Droid (https://f-droid.org/en/packages/de.marmaro.krt.ffupdater/). FFUpdater uses the releases of this repository (https://api.github.com/repos/mozilla-lockwise/lockwise-android/releases/latest) to install and update Lockwise on Android devices without a Google Play Store. Can you publish version 4.0.1 on GitHub? Thanks in advance.

Steps to reproduce

go to "https://github.com/mozilla-lockwise/lockwise-android/releases/latest" or to "https://api.github.com/repos/mozilla-lockwise/lockwise-android/releases/latest"

Expected behavior

expect to find the APK file for version 4.0.1

Actual behavior

but i find the APK file for version 4.0.0
