Vision statement / What / Requirements

Update to the latest version of Android Components (32.0.0+): https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/android-components/releases

Impact

There were some fixes that impact the Glean team that we would like to incorporate in order to give us better metrics.

Engineering note: there are breaking changes in the newer versions of AC, including the change from nullable usernames to empty strings. Consider updating app services as well.
