Dark-Theme Supporting Icons

[ meta-issue for all "icon barely visible" issues ]

The icons currently in use are appropriate for light-colored themes. However, they become invisible on dark-colored themes. This is most problematic for icons used outside of the extension's controlled pages (management, doorhanger).
