nvcc error in MakeFile

Hi,

I am not familar with nvcc commands, but after docker pulling is complete, I am getting the following error from MakeFile. Screenshot from 2022-09-01 23-15-48

I do have nvcc and cuda driver installed properly. Screenshot from 2022-09-01 23-17-22

I did some searching online but dont seem to get any information about nvcc -O3 -dlto. Do you have any insights on what might be the issue here? Thanks in advance!
