Can't get rid of one item

Hallo, I tried to get rid of the item that you see in the picture. I inserted in the file remove.nss the command remove(find="Aggiungi all'elenco di Windows Media Player Legacy") but that item is still there.

The strange thing is that there was also the item "Riproduci con Windows Media Player Legacy" and adding in remove.nss the command remove(find="Riproduci con Windows Media Player Legacy") it disappeared.

Can someone explain to me why?
