Missing essential entry present only on new (modern) win11 context menu

Hallo everybody, I use Kaspersky antivirus. Normally when I right-click on a file or directory, an option appears where I can start the scan. This entry is only present in the modern part of the Windows context menu. Using NS I have no way of reaching her, so I can't analyze the files anymore. I tried adding Kaspersky to "send to" folder, but this only opens the program does not start scanning fille or folder. Is there a way to solve this problem?
