"Open in Windows Terminal" doesn't work in some folders
OS: Windows 11 Shell Version: 1.9.18
I've repeatedly run into an issue where trying to open a folder in Windows Terminal from Shell doesn't work right. I've noticed it most often with my Videos folder, but it's happened on many.
When I try and open one of these folders in Terminal using Shell, I'll get some variation on the following error:
[error 2147942667 (0x8007010b) when launching `"C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7\pwsh.exe"']
Could not access starting directory "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Videos\Libraries\Videos"
For some reason, it is trying to open a folder that doesn't exist. No Windows Terminal setting seems to be an issue, and opening in terminal using the default Windows context menu opens with no issue. Which leads me to think that it's a Shell-specific issue.
If any more info is needed, let me know, thanks
