Original taskbar menu occasionally shows up.

Hi. I've just updated from 1.8.1 to 1.9.15

Sometimes, when I right click the taskbar I get the original taskbar menu. I can then click again to open the Shell version - I managed to get a screenshot with both menus at the same time.

I don't recall this happening before I updated.
