Properties is listed twice in right click menu

Hello I have properties listed twice in the right click menu. Is there a way to correct this?

my menu is compact and I rarely use the scroll indicator, but it could be the problem (just guessing) Use the down arrow to reach the end of the list, go through the commands with the mouse a few times - see if there is a change - describe more about the problem

The screen shot is at the end. It doesn't show "Properties" twice on folders just files. Been happening for some time I just thought that maybe it was a bug but I just updated again and the issues is still there.
