When right clicking on a file and then selecting the 'Send to' menu item, the sub-menu is empty. This behavior occurs with or without a shell.nss configuration file. When selecting a directory / folder instead of a file, the 'Send to' sub-menu behaves correctly. I would appreciate your feedback and possible remedy.

Without Shell loaded - default Explorer behavior

There is an issue with the async menu items including the "Send to" and "Cast to device" menu. We will fix this as soon as possible.

The problem also applies to directories. It's completely random.
