AsciiMenu.ps1: Redraw doesn't overwrite in Pwsh 7 console

Somehow the Pwsh 7 console moves the cursor position in a way, that the overwriting redraw at the same cursor y doesn't work, It must be placed n lines higher, where n is the menu height.
