Cloud sync is not added yet but now you can export and import sessions via JSon files. You could add them to any version control or cloud storage.

In my list of priorities, there was integration with jira and google drive.

I didn't know SpiraTest, but if it is useful for you I have no problem at all. I have some doubts about where to configure the connection values and how to integrate that into the layout. Please send me some ideas so we can work on them.

Thanks @morvader our idea was to add a simple button at the end to save to SpiraTest in addition to the JSON and other existing save options that you have. You could either enter in the connection information at the start in a settings panel, or just have them enter it the first time they want to save and then remember it for the future. Similar to what you were thinking of with JIRA, except that SpiraTest has the idea of a test run session, so your HTML table view (with notes and screenshots side by side) would be recorded as a single "test session" vs. having to log multiple separate bugs...
