LIBOR Rates = Value Error: Not found, series does not exist

Are the LIBOR rates exluded from the Fred API Terms and Agreements? Is there any way to access the indicator?

The issue isn't FRED, it's that ICE doesn't want third parties to give away its raw data for free. See https://github.com/mortada/fredapi/issues/34#issuecomment-694289350
