Is it possible to provide a GUI for this tool?

I'll go straight to the point, usually a GUI with all parameters visible can help to understand what encoder and what devices can be used in order to be focused on the final result rather than reading the man pages. Even the official ffmpeg lacks this.

Nothing fancy is required, just a simple window with some ticks/pointers

Let me know your thoughts on this.
