Example app features don't all work under "/vapps"

0. Start the Moqui demo
1. Navigate to http://localhost:8080/vapps/example
2. Click on the "Example App >" snail trail menu
3. Click the "Markdown" menu entry

Expected result The Markdown demo would run and show the markdown content. Actual result The default screen for "Example" is displayed. Additional notes This appears to affect "Policies", "Terms", "Wiki" and "Markdown" feature demos.
