we need a `gvm repair <version tag> because my go1.17.6 got corrupt and now I can not uninstall it via GVM or install over it.

not sure how, but my go1.17.6 pkgset got corrupt and I can not fix it via GVM. I even tried deleting the pkgset directory and any references I could find in the configs and still can not get it repaired.

can we get a "repair" command to force an uninstall/install?
