S3 analytics data should contain time boundary information

When getting an dashboard report/chart data from S3 presigned url, for each data point that has time dimension, there should be time boundary available.

Time boundary should give exact information about what time range is this point representing

Time boundary Main purpose is to be passed to get /stream endpoint/query to fetch data for corresponding time range.
