[request] Per-app settings

I'd like to run some games at 4k60fps, others at 1440p120fps, some with hevc, some with h264. I might want to reduce latency for certain games so a lower bitrate or different video codec might be needed.

Having just a few per-game settings (also keyed by the host) that override the global settings would be a nice power feature. Is this something you'd be able to consider?
