[Issue]: issues/1122 still nof fix.

Describe the bug

https://github.com/moonlight-stream/moonlight-android/issues/1122 Same as this. Hevc not work. H264 work. And this issues not fix all the time.I have test v10.9 v11 v12 v12.1 in past years. Only happen on tv.My android phone didnot have this issue.

Steps to reproduce

Hevc Just not work on mitv4.
