remaining tasks / bugs for file management on BLE

bug:

• insert a device, with a card and a user profile that has stored files
• make sure the file names can be seen in the files tab
• remove card
• insert device with a new user profile, which doesn't have stored files
• you'll see the previous files list is displayed (tested using a mini for the profile with files and the emulator, if that matters)

missing feature:

• mini files import into ble DB (same ascii flag trick)
