[hook.rb]Crash if HEAD of <branch-name> is updated during request `<branch-name>.pool.dev`

What happens if HEAD of master is updated while accessing pool with the domain master.pool.dev?

I think pool has potentially confusing to process client request because hook.rb of pool resolves commit-id each http requests.
