Fixes typos for frostbite, handwriting in verbs-dictionaries.json

Some of the lists (frostbite, handwriting) in verbs-dictionaries.json did not have proper quotes around them, resulting in the lists not containing the proper five items. This fixes this issue for these two words, and also removes the erroneous space from "frostbiting" in both verbs-dictionaries.json and verbs-all.json.
