Add $indexOfArray

Add the $indexOfArray operator. Think I covered all the cases described by the documentation (and by running the query against the driver). Let me know if there is anything else.

Also I noticed my autoformatter did update some lines weirdly, not sure if there is any guidance on this as I just ran the formatting as described.
