Been a while any work happened here. We need to get CI going in this project before we merge anything new, travis-CI is MIA. If you want to do the work (maybe copy all the GHA stuff from https://github.com/mongoid/mongoid-locker), I'd be happy to help merge.

@fatfitdev Mind splitting the GHA work with the sort fix? That will need a test, we can do that on top and make sure everything passes. LMK if you need any help with CI to pass (looking at https://github.com/fatfitdev/mongoid_search/tree/fix/relevant-search it's red).

Thanks @yads for fixing CI/CD in https://github.com/mongoid/mongoid_search/pull/146.

This needs a rebase and some tests.
