Refresh containers once after setting a new refresh rate

As mentioned above, if you set the refresh rate to 15000ms for example, you have to wait 15 seconds to see the first values. I think it would be better to trigger one refresh right away and then wait for the set amount. Also I've noticed that sometimes the refresh, refreshes everything to be 0, if thats the case I think it shouldn't refresh at all. Thanks again!
