Risk evaluation suggestions

When a risk assessment and the evaluation are performed, suggestions could be shown as to what the market currently is at based on stats and how that could affect the current risk

For example, based on past geological events or natural disasters. These can be defined relatively successfully by knowing the location of a certain building for example.
