Showing atom number for .xyz and other file formats

Heya @a-r-j , Is it possible to show the atom sequence number for XYZ files and other formats - as in screenshot below? This would be really helpful in tracking atom movements in some calculations. Thanks for your work on this overall.

I'm actually wondering about this as well, it's essential for my use-case. Is there a way to show this or at least find out the index of a specific atom by clicking on it or something? I can't find it anywhere.
