Manual edits to the rootthebox.cfg will require a restart of RTB for the changes to take effect (even if you're in debug).

Haven't started 3.4 yet. Will probably start working on it in January-February. Definitely plan to have it out before July, if not 3.5. Is there are particular feature in 3.4 that you're looking to get added. I could try to prioritize it.

If I understand you correctly, you want to restrict a user account to a single person, so more than one person can't share an account. You may want to create a separate feature request if that's what you're asking.

I wonder if this is practical. If someone is going to cheat by employing a team in a single player competition, they could just have a single person logged in to submit the answers. So I wonder if the effort will be somewhat meaningless- cheaters gonna cheat.
