Bug: Issues on the Target tab always show the baseline request as req 1

Observed behavior: Issues that show up in the Target tab and show you request-response pairs always have the original request that was sent to the extension under Request 1. Request 2 (redownloader) works fine.

Expected behavior: Issues that show up in the Target tab and show you request-response pairs show you the request that triggered the issue under Request 1.
