Integration with External Remotes Plugin?

Hi,

I think your plugin is very useful. My only "problem" is that I would like to use with "remote_name@[window.REMOTE_URL]/remoteEntry.js"

So my remotes applied "runtime".

Fairly certain the External Remotes Plugin is long forgotten by the maintainers :)

Should use this instead: https://module-federation.io/guide/basic/runtime.html
