To be compatible with more mobile devices, could I change the tsc target to es6?

Clear and concise description of the problem

There are huge users using mobile devices released before 2020. Our web app crashed after I upgrade @module-federation/core from 0.19.1 to 0.21.4 ,because of ??= operator.

Suggested solution

Chang tsconfig target to es6.
