Automatic thread creation config option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please elaborate.

It would be great if we had a config option to disable the automatic thread creation response. If used with plugins like advanced menu, it would always come up first and thus interferring with upcoming options, so being able to disable it would allow for much more flexibility.

Have a config option that allows us to disable automatic thread create response.
